Ordering

Why can I only order one item at a time?

You can only order 1 item at a as we carefully package each arrangement separately, and to ensure availability. However you are free to place as many orders as you would like. If you want to order multiple products at one time for delivery to the same address or place a bulk order, you can contact us at (210) 934-0034 or info@cocolefor.com and we would be happy to take the order and answer any questions you have.

Why can't you ship some of your products?

While we would love to be able to ship all our items, some arrangements are too big and delicate to ship safely across the country.

Can I place a custom order?

YES! We love to do custom work, just give a call or send an email to get the process started.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

How long does my order take to create?

We are usually able to have your arrangement ready to pick up, deliver or ship within 1-3 business days. During checkout you are able to select your desired pickup or local delivery date. Shipped items are shipped as soon as they are ready, but we cannot control how long the carrier takes to deliver once we send it out. If you have specific dates please contact us before ordering.

Delivery, Shipping & Returns

We offer local delivery and shipping for many items. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Shipments delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Packages will be shipped 2-3 business days after your order. Everything is made to order.
  • We cannot guarantee the delivery dates of shipped products. 
  • A signature is not required, the carrier may leave the package if no one is available to accept the delivery.

What is your delivery policy?

Local Delivery 

  • Local delivery is available on our website to the following zip codes only 78108, 78154, 78124, 78148, 78266, 78233, 78109, 78239. All items are made to order, and same day delivery is not available from our website, if you have a special request, time or date, or need a delivery to a zip code not listed but in the San Antonio area please call to place the order.  
  • For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave the floral arrangement for the recipient to retrieve at their door, and a picture will be taken for proof of delivery. During major holidays deliveries may be made as late as 9 pm. Please note: we may call the recipient to schedule delivery. 
  • For business deliveries if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries the product will come back to our shop and we will notify you, a re-delivery fee will be charged if we need to attempt another delivery. 
  • For hospital deliveries, please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling. 
  • Please include the apartment, unit or room number in the delivery address if applicable. 
  • Funeral arrangements may require additional lead time. 
What is your return policy?

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us to see how we can help you.

Our Flowers & Arrangements

What are wood flowers?

Sola wood flowers are made from a plant called Aeschynomene aspera. They grow wild in marsh areas in India and SE Asia and are a renewable resource. It is incredibly lightweight and soft to the touch. Every flower is handmade and hand-painted, allowing us to create truly one-of-a-kind flowers. Many people have a hard time telling they are not real, which is the best compliment we can ever receive. Unlike silk flowers these retain a natural look and feel since they are made from organic material, each flower is truly unique.

Are all the flowers wood?

No, they are not. We use any combination of sola wood, preserved, dried, and high-quality real-touch (faux) flowers and foliage. This combination truly lets us unleash creativity both in color and design. Never throw away flowers again! Your flowers can last a lifetime with proper care.

How do I care for the flowers?

Since the flowers are organic, you want to keep them away from water and direct sunlight as they could develop mold or fade. If they accumulate dust, simply use the cool setting on a blow dryer. There really isn't much you have to do!

What are your vases and pots made of?

Many of our vases and containers are 3D printed original designs. They come in a beautiful matte natural looking finish and are made from a sustainable naturally sourced bioplastic. They are very lightweight. With this flexibility we are able to offer a wide array of colors and designs. We also use wood, and other materials for containers, read the item description to see the container it comes in.
